They provide support for admissions in Australia, UK, Canada, Germany, and Dubai, along with educational guidance for Year 11 & 12 Australian students.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role as a Student Counselor at Guide to Heights. The Student Counselor will be responsible for providing student counseling, career counseling, communication with clients, and delivering excellent customer service. This role is primarily located in Kochi, with some flexibility for remote work.

Qualifications

• Student Counseling and Career Counseling skills
• Strong Communication and Customer Service abilities
• Experience in the Education sector
• Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Education, or related field
• Knowledge of international education systems and study abroad programs
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment
• Experience with visa processes and financial aid assistance is a plus
