This is a full-time on-site role for a Student Counselor, based in Kochi. The Student Counselor will provide personalized support and guidance to students regarding their academic and career aspirations abroad. Responsibilities include assisting students in understanding study-abroad options, advising on education pathways, coordinating application processes, and ensuring a positive counseling experience. Interacting with students and their families to address queries and provide reliable solutions will also be an essential part of this role.

• Proven skills in Student Counseling and Career Counseling, with the ability to guide students in making informed decisions
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to ensure smooth interactions with students and their families
• Understanding of Education systems and study-abroad processes across various countries
• Empathetic and professional attitude with the ability to handle student concerns effectively
• Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is considered an advantage
• Relevant experience in educational consultancy or counseling is highly desirable
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field
