Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Student Counselor located in Bengaluru. The Student Counselor will assist students in identifying suitable academic programs abroad, provide guidance on admissions processes, and support students throughout their application journeys. Key responsibilities include conducting one-on-one counseling sessions, assessing students academic profiles, providing information on study destinations and courses, and maintaining regular communication with students and parents. The role also involves ensuring that students have all necessary documentation and assisting with visa application processes.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in counseling, active listening, and providing tailored guidance to diverse students
• Strong research and organizational skills to provide accurate information on universities, courses, and destinations
• Experience in document preparation and visa application compliance for international studies
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain complex information clearly
• Familiarity with multicultural environments and a passion for helping students achieve academic success
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field (preferred)
• Proficiency in using student management systems and other relevant tools is an added advantage
