Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Student Counsellor, based in Trichy. The Student Counsellor will guide students in planning their overseas education by providing counselling and career guidance support. The role involves communicating with students and their families, offering advice on educational institutions and programs, assisting with application processes, and delivering exceptional customer service. Additional responsibilities may include maintaining updated knowledge of global education trends and building strong relationships with students and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in Student Counseling and Career Counseling
• Strong Communication and Customer Service capabilities
• An understanding of Education systems, courses, and institutions
• Empathy, patience, and the ability to guide students in decision-making
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Experience with study abroad processes and familiarity with visa regulations is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or related fields is preferred
