Student Counsellor

Description

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Student Counsellor to join our team. This role is ideal for freshers/entry-level candidates who are eager to support students in their personal and academic journey. The Student Counsellor will provide guidance and resources to help students achieve their full potential.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one counselling sessions to students to address academic, personal, and social issues.
• Develop and implement workshops and programs to promote mental health and well-being among students.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to create a supportive environment for student growth.
• Maintain accurate records of counselling sessions and track student progress.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in student counselling and mental health.

Skills and Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Psychology, Counselling, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with students and faculty.
• Empathy and active listening skills to understand and support students effectively.
• Knowledge of counselling techniques and methodologies.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and engage with diverse student populations.
• Familiarity with mental health resources and referral processes.
• Crisis intervention skills and the ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism.

Qualification: Bachelors or Master degree (No BE or B.Tech) Preferred MBA candidates

Experience: Fresher only

Shift : Day shift (2nd and 4th Fixed sat,sun Off)

Salary: 3lackh+1lackh Variable Pay

Languages :English,Kannada+Hindi (Optional)
