Student Counsellor

This is a full-time on-site role for a Student Counsellor, based in Amritsar. The Student Counsellor will provide personalized education counseling services to prospective students, assisting them in identifying suitable courses, universities, and countries for their higher education. Responsibilities include guiding students through the application process, visa processing support, maintaining accurate records, and staying informed about evolving international education opportunities. The counsellor will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient service delivery and contribute to building long-term client relationships.

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Knowledge of global education systems, universities, and available programs
• Experience in career counseling or advising students
• Organizational skills and attention to detail for managing records and applications
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Fluency in English and ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences
• Basic proficiency in using Microsoft Office and CRM systems
• Educational background in Counseling, Education, or related disciplines preferred
