Job Description

Job Title: Rostering Coordinator

Experience: 1+ Years

Shift Timings: US Shift 6:30 PM or 7:30 PM IST

Work Model: Hybrid (3 days office)

Role Summary:

The Rostering Coordinator supports schools and districts by onboarding users onto the i-Ready platform. This role involves managing student and staff data, troubleshooting rostering issues, and working closely with educators and internal teams to ensure smooth account setup.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and troubleshoot rostering methods (Clever, ClassLink, manual uploads, i-Ready)
  • Work with large datasets and Excel to prepare student and staff rosters
  • Use Salesforce to manage and track customer cases
  • Support educators with account setup and user onboarding
  • Resolve customer and technical issues related to rostering
  • Assist with district-specific projects and data uploads

Required Skills:

  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Good knowledge of Excel and MS Office
  • Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM tools
  • Attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to explain technical processes to non-technical users

Experience:

  • 1+ year of experience in customer support or a similar role
  • EdTech or rostering support experience is a plus
