The Student Care Executive is responsible for providing support and assistance to students throughout their academic journey. The role involves addressing student concerns, ensuring a positive student experience, coordinating with various departments, and maintaining effective communication between students and the university administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for student queries, concerns, and support services.
- Assist students with academic, administrative, and campus-related issues.
- Coordinate with departments such as academics, hostel, accounts, and examination for resolving student concerns.
- Maintain records of student interactions, complaints, and resolutions.
- Provide guidance to students regarding university policies, procedures, and services.
- Ensure timely resolution of student complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
- Support student engagement activities, orientation programs, and campus events.
- Monitor student satisfaction and collect feedback to improve student services.
- Communicate important university announcements and updates to students.
- Assist in maintaining a supportive and student-friendly campus environment.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's
- 1 years of experience in student support, customer service, counseling, or administration (experience in educational institutions preferred).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Empathy and ability to handle student concerns professionally.
- Good organizational and documentation skills.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple departments.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office , Ms excel (pivot table, Vlookup).
