Position: Student Ambassador (Part-Time, Remote + On-Campus)

Compensation: 25,000/month | Bonuses + MacBook Air + LOR

YELL is India's most hands-on startup bootcamp for young learners, where you don't just learn you build. Over 4 weeks, participants ideate, source, brand, and sell their own products both online and offline, supported by mentorship and real-world exposure.

About the Role

We're hiring energetic and well-connected college students to serve as Student Ambassadors for YELL on their campuses. As an ambassador, you'll play a critical role in shaping India's next generation of founders by driving awareness, sign-ups, and entrepreneurial conversations among students.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Recruit students for YELL by reaching at least 10 new conversions/month
• Promote the bootcamp through college events, societies, and social media
• Host YELL info sessions and help students get onboarded
• Drive community engagement and support local marketing efforts

What You'll Earn

• 25,000/month as a standard reward for performance (10 converted leads/month)
• 5,000/month base survival incentive for minimum effort (2 conversions & 100 followers)
• MacBook Air reward guaranteed for consistent performance or large batch recruitment (30)
• Letter of Recommendation (LOR) from a Startup Indiarecognized startup
• Early access to internships, networking events & startup collabs

Who We're Looking For:

• Students 1825 y/o currently enrolled in college, university or any other educational institutes (NCR)
• Excellent communication and campus presence
• Active on Instagram/LinkedIn or plugged into student networks
• Self-driven, entrepreneurial, and ambitious

Time Commitment:

• Approx. 4-6 hrs/week (flexible, remote + campus-based)
• Submit performance updates monthly to continue in the program

IMPORTANT:

• We're not looking for students who want to just survive this program.
• We're looking for students who can excel, earn consistently, and inspire others to build.
• This isn't a rep badge. It's a leadership role.
