Student Caller

Role Description

This is a part-time remote position for a Student Caller. Responsibilities include making outbound calls to targeted individuals, engaging in thoughtful and professional phone conversations, gathering necessary information, and accurately documenting call results. The role may also involve providing basic support, answering inquiries, and representing the organization positively in all interactions.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
• Good organizational and time management abilities
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with tools like spreadsheets or CRM systems
• Self-motivation and the ability to work independently in a remote setting
• Previous experience in customer service, telemarketing, or a related area is preferred but not required
• Currently enrolled as a student in a recognized academic institution
