We're hiring a Telecaller to call Australia clients about study programs. Must speak clear, confident English.
Key Tasks:
- Explain our study programs and other options
- Answer basic questions about courses, fees, and process
- Follow up with interested clients via phone/email
- Keep call records updated in our system
Requirements:
- MUST speak clear, fluent English
- Friendly voice and good phone manners
- Basic computer skills (email, data entry)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous telecalling experience helpful, but freshers with good English considered
