About the Role

As a Student Support Member, you'll be the first point of contact for studentsresolving queries, offering assistance, and ensuring a smooth and supportive experience. The ideal candidate is empathetic, detail-oriented, and has strong English communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interact with students visiting the support center and address their queries with professionalism and care.
• Manage queries through in-person visits and phone calls, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions.
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maintain service quality and consistency.
• Maintain clear documentation of student interactions and resolutions.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance student experience and improve processes.
• Provide feedback and participate in training to stay updated with best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in any stream.
• Strong English communication (written & verbal).
• Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with ticketing tools like Freshdesk is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Customer service-oriented mindset with attention to detail.
• Laptop is mandatory.
• Knowledge of the local language will be an added advantage.
