Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Kochi for a Student Advisor (Study Abroad). The Student Advisor will work closely with students to understand their academic and career aspirations, providing tailored counseling and assistance throughout the admission process. Additionally, the role involves maintaining professional communication with students, parents, and foreign universities, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for all clients.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities for effective student and parent interactions.
• Should have good communication skill in Malayalam.
• Proven expertise in Student Counseling and a solid understanding of the education industry.
• Customer Service experience to manage queries and ensure a seamless advisory process.
• Knowledge of higher education systems and procedures in study-abroad destinations is a plus.
• Proficiency in relevant technology and tools for written communication and data management is advantageous.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
• Minimum bachelor's degree is required.
• Minimum experience in Study Abroad Industry is Mandatory.
