About the Role
As a Revit Engineer, you will be responsible for end-to-end BIM implementation, Revit model development, and coordination across architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines for large-scale data center projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, manage, and maintain detailed Revit models across Arch/Str/MEP disciplines
- Ensure adherence to BIM standards such as ISO 19650 and project-specific BEPs
- Coordinate models using Autodesk Revit and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)
- Perform clash detection using Navisworks/ACC and resolve design conflicts
- Conduct model audits for quality, LOD, and compliance
- Extract drawings, schedules, and quantities from models
- Support BIM content development (families, templates, libraries)
- Collaborate with global design, engineering, and construction teams
- Ensure alignment with codes, client requirements, and quality standards
- Drive improvements in BIM workflows and coordination practices
Required Skills & Experience
- Diploma/Bachelors degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field
- 210 years of experience in BIM/Revit-based environments
- Strong expertise in Autodesk Revit and Navisworks
- Experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) or similar platforms
- Understanding of BIM standards (ISO 19650, BEP frameworks)
- Exposure to data center / industrial / large-scale building projects preferred
- Strong multidisciplinary coordination experience (Arch/Str/MEP)
Experience Levels
- 2–5 years: Hands-on BIM modeling, coordination, and documentation
- 5–10 years: BIM management, multi-project coordination, and complex model oversight
