Engineer (RCC)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Structural Engineer – RCC to lead the design and 

analysis of reinforced concrete structures across residential, commercial, and industrial 

projects. The role involves end-to-end responsibility from concept design to execution 

support while ensuring safety, quality, and compliance with Indian standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform structural analysis and RCC design using industry-standard software

• Prepare detailed design calculations, drawings, and technical reports

• Ensure compliance with IS codes and relevant statutory requirements

• Coordinate with architects, MEP consultants, and site teams

• Review drawings, shop drawings, and construction methodology

• Provide technical guidance during project execution and site inspections

Required Skills & Tools

• STAAD Pro, ETABS, SAFE, RCDC

• AutoCAD

• Strong expertise in RCC design and detailing

• In-depth knowledge of Indian Standards (IS Codes)

Qualifications

• B.E / B.Tech in Civil Engineering

• M.E (Structures) preferred
