Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Structural Engineer role based in Surat. The Structural Engineer will be responsible for performing structural analysis and design for buildings and infrastructure, including preparing calculations and ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards. Daily tasks include developing and reviewing structural drawings in CAD, coordinating with architects and other engineering disciplines, and supporting the preparation of technical reports and documentation. The role involves reviewing project specifications, participating in site visits when required, and contributing to the resolution of technical issues during design and construction. The Structural Engineer is expected to collaborate closely with project teams to deliver safe, cost-effective, and efficient structural solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Structural Engineering and Civil Engineering, with the ability to apply engineering principles to building and infrastructure projects.
• Proficiency in Structural Analysis and Calculations, including the use of relevant software tools for modeling and design verification.
• Experience with Computer-Aided Design (CAD) for preparing and reviewing structural drawings and details.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering from a recognized institution.
• Knowledge of local and international building codes, standards, and construction practices.
• Attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Effective communication skills for coordination with internal teams, clients, and site personnel.
• Previous experience in structural design consultancy or related engineering roles is an advantage.
