Role Description The Structural Design Engineer will be responsible for designing and analyzing structural systems for buildings and related projects, ensuring safety, stability, and compliance with relevant codes and standards. Day-to-day tasks include performing structural analysis, preparing detailed drawings and models using CAD tools, coordinating with civil and architectural teams, and reviewing designs for constructability and cost-effectiveness. The role involves preparing technical documentation, assisting with calculations and reports, and supporting site teams with design clarifications when needed. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Surat, with a combination of in-office work and some work-from-home flexibility.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess skills in Structural Analysis and Structural Engineering.
Candidates should possess skills in Civil Engineering and related design principles.
Candidates should possess skills in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) etc.
Strong understanding of building codes, standards, and safety regulations.
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering, or an equivalent qualification.
Ability to interpret architectural drawings and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
Solid problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Prior experience in building or infrastructure projects in a design office or consultancy is an advantage.
