We are seeking a skilled and detail‑oriented Structural Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and reviewing structural systems to ensure safety, performance, and compliance across our projects. This role requires strong technical expertise, problem‑solving ability, and a commitment to engineering excellence.
Qualification: MTech/ME in Civil Engineering.
Experience: 2-4 years experience in structural design for buildings, façades, or related systems
Software knowledge: AutoCAD, 2D ,3D, Staad. Proficiency in structural analysis software (STAAD, ETABS, SAP2000, etc.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform load calculations, including wind, seismic, and thermal loads, to design façade systems that are structurally sound and resilient.
- Choose appropriate materials (e.g., glass, aluminum, steel) that meet both structural and performance requirements, such as durability, fire resistance, and thermal efficiency.
- Work closely with architects, façade designers, and other engineers to ensure the façade integrates seamlessly with the building's overall design and systems.
- Ensure that the façade design adheres to local building codes, safety regulations, and sustainability standards.
- Provide technical guidance during the construction phase and conduct site inspections to ensure the façade installation aligns with design specifications and safety requirements.
- Oversee façade testing, such as wind load and water infiltration tests, to validate the system's performance and durability under environmental conditions
