Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Bhubaneswar for a Structural Engineer. The individual will be responsible for preparing design of Bridges, Buildings, Towers, Steel Structures; conducting structural analysis, preparing detailed design calculations, and collaborating with project stakeholders. Core duties include utilizing Structural Engineering and Civil Engineering principles to develop designs, creating 3D Strucural models, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards in all phases of the project lifecycle. The Structural Engineer will also participate in project reviews, monitor progress, and provide technical solutions to challenges as they arise.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Structural Engineering and Civil Engineering principles
- Proficiency in performing Structural Analysis and design calculations
- Expertise in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software for creating detailed drawings and models
- Attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with a team
- Familiarity with local and international building codes, safety standards, and construction methodologies
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field
- Postgraduate degree in a relevant discipline and prior experience in similar roles are advantageous
