We are seeking a highly skilled Structural Design Engineer (MTech) with strong experience in designing primary and secondary steel members, performing structural analysis using advanced software, and ensuring strict compliance with Indian and American design codes. The ideal candidate must have handson experience in optimizing steel structures for safety, stability, and cost efficiency.

Ensure proper load transfer to main frame.
- Structural Analysis & Software Skills
Perform Detailed Structural Analysis Using
STAAD.Pro
(Working knowledge of SAP2000 / ETABS is a plus)
Evaluate
Dead loads
Live loads
Wind loads
Seismic loads
Crane loads (if applicable)
Ensure Designs Comply With Relevant Standards, Including
Indian Standards
IS 800:2007 General Steel Design
IS 875 (Part 15) Loading standards
IS 1893:2016 Seismic design
IS 801 / IS 811 (for cold-formed members, if applicable)
American Standards
AISC ASD & LRFD
ASCE 7 (for load combinations)
AISI (for cold-formed steel)
- Documentation & Deliverables Prepare detailed Design Basis Reports (DBR). Generate structural design calculation sheets (manual + software). Provide connection design details and review fabrication drawings. Coordinate with architects, clients, and project managers.
- Optimization & Value Engineering Reduce steel weight without compromising safety.

Qualification
M-Tech / ME in Structural Engineering
Fresher to 2+ year's full-time experience in steel structural design.
Strong knowledge of IS and AISC codes.
Proficiency in STAAD.Pro; familiarity with AutoCAD is desirable
Preferred Skills
Understanding of Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB) (optional but beneficial)
Knowledge of connection design (bolted/welded)
Ability to prepare BOQ and weight optimization reports
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and documentation ability
