Job Title: Senior Structural Design Engineer Offshore

Job Purpose:
Execute and support structural design and analysis activities for offshore projects, ensuring accurate and timely delivery in line with project requirements and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform structural design and analysis for offshore structures (jackets, topsides, modules)
- Prepare and review structural calculations, reports, and design documents
- Develop and review 2D/3D drawings and models
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (piping, mechanical, electrical)
- Ensure compliance with client specifications and international standards (API, AISC, DNV)
- Support fabrication and site teams with design clarifications
- Assist in material take-offs and estimation activities
- Identify design issues and propose effective solutions
- Ensure quality and accuracy of engineering deliverables
Key Requirements:
- BE / B.Tech in Civil / Structural Engineering
- 812 years of experience in offshore structural design (Oil & Gas)
- Hands-on experience in jackets and topside structures
- Proficiency in tools like SACS, AutoCAD, PDMS / E3D, Tekla
- Strong knowledge of offshore design codes and standards (API, AISC, DNV)
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under project timelines
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in EPC projects
- Exposure to international offshore projects
- Familiarity with fabrication processes
- Effective communication and coordination skills
