Structural Design Engineer

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Design Manager – Structures to provide technical expertise in structural systems and guide the design and detailing of structural components for high-rise residential and township projects. This role involves collaboration with external consultants and internal cross-functional teams to ensure structural integrity, cost-efficiency, and design excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert input in structural system selection, design, and detailing for:
• Isolated/combined footings, raft foundations, pile and pile-raft systems
• Columns, shear walls, beams, slabs, retaining walls, etc.
• Evaluate and compare construction methodologies such as:
• RCC, structural steel, precast, composite construction
• Create structural design guidelines and standards for efficient execution
• Conduct in-depth technical analysis of structural design concepts and innovations
• Manage and coordinate with external structural consultants
• Work closely with internal teams including architecture, MEP, project execution, and planning for seamless project integration
• Apply value engineering principles across all stages of design development
• Ensure compliance with relevant codes, safety standards, and quality benchmarks

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Educational Qualification: M.Tech (Structures) from a reputed institution
• Experience:
• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in structural design management
• Strong background in high-rise residential and township projects
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in structural design software such as ETABS, SAFE, STAAD Pro, BIM 360, etc.
• Knowledge of structural engineering fundamentals and their practical application
• Familiarity with value engineering, design optimization, and lifecycle cost analysis
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder collaboration capabilities
