About the Role:

The Civil Structural Engineer will be responsible for developing structural calculations, foundation, from conceptual design through construction. The ideal candidate will have 5 - 8 years of experience in Structural Design and be proficient with STAAD Pro.

You are expected to do:

Have hands-on experience in foundation & structural designs for power plants and/or heavy industrial projects.

Have hands-on experience in structural calculations, develop engineering reports, studies, specifications, and design drawings.

Designing Machine/Equipment Foundations in power plant projects

Review relevant codes, design documents, specifications, and construction documents to support structural design and project development.

Structural Designing of large plant modules (prefabricated, transportable) including Basic & Detailed of Primary steel design, Secondary Steel Design for piping and equipment supports

Prepare engineering designs and drawings while adhering to project specifications, scope of work, and budgets/schedules.

You will be a Great fit, if you have:

B.E/ M.E in Civil Engineering or Related Fields of Study.

Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in Structural Engineering and Design.

Experience with simple and combined cycle, retrofits gas-based Power Plants up to 800 MW.

Hands on experience in Software such as STAAD Pro, ANSYS etc.

Experience in North American Projects and Proficient in codes such as ABS, AISC, ACI, ASCE, IBC, ASME, AWS, API.
