Hiring for Structural Design (B.E. Civil with minimum 4 years of experience)
- Knowledge of RCC and ETabs
- Review designs submitted by the structural consultant for any errors and rectification of the same through them.
- Design co-ordination with external consultant.
- Should have thorough knowledge of good construction practices & construction materials.
- Experience in estimation must with analytical knowledge on quantity verifications as per design changes.
- Responsible to co-ordinate with all internal dept. viz Execution, MEP, Commercial, liaison, for timely deliverables.
- Co-ordinate with External Architects, Structural consultants or any other consultant to ensure DMart specifications are met.
- Co-ordinate with Developers to ensure DMart specifications are explained & adhered to by the developer (as-and-when required)
- Knowledge of IS Codes & all design relevant standards.
- Knowledge of Tenders, BOQ & Working Drawings
