Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Structural Design Engineer with 5-10 years of experience to join our engineering team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing and analyzing various structural systems, ensuring they meet safety and performance standards.

Responsibilities

Design and analyze structural systems and components using relevant software tools.
Prepare detailed design calculations, specifications, and drawings.
Collaborate with architects and other engineering disciplines to ensure design integration.
Conduct site visits to assess project conditions and ensure compliance with design specifications.
Review and approve shop drawings and submittals from contractors.
Participate in project meetings and provide updates on design progress.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering.
Proficiency in structural analysis software such as SAP2000, ETABS, or STAAD Pro.
Strong understanding of building codes and regulations in India.
Knowledge of materials and construction methods.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
