- Position Title – Strategy & Transformation Manager
- Location – Bengaluru-Corporate Office
- Total Experience – 4 to 12 Years
- Qualification – MBA degree from a reputed B-School
- Reporting to- Head-Strategy
- Direct Reporting – Individual Contributor Role
- Languages Known- English & Hindi
- Industry- FMCD (Small Appliances, preferably)/FMCG/FMEG/Luggage /Building Material/ Retail
Key Responsibilities: -
- Assess evolving business environment and consumer behaviors to identify emerging opportunities for business growth aligned with organization strategy. Develop strategic, analytical, and financial frameworks to assess business opportunities, portfolio expansion across channels and categories.
- Leverage advanced analytics and AI to support strategic decisions on organization effectiveness across sales, marketing, innovation, supply chain and manufacturing.
- Champion adoption of new tools, digital platforms, and agile ways of working, fostering a culture of innovation and data-driven decision-making across teams
- Scan market peers to identify white spaces, points of parity and points of differentiation for the organization to maintain its competitive leadership position
- Oversee transformation projects –
a) Define, track and report progress
b) Analyze & monitor movement on metrics and achievement
c) Manage timelines along with identifying inter-dependences to achieve results
d) Proactively identify, assess and mitigate risks affecting initiatives
e) Establish and enforce a governance mechanism for progress and
decision- making
- Create MD updates on status, results/ outcomes and challenges to remove bottlenecks; Jointly work on updates across initiatives for robust reviews and discussions
- Programs manage execution along with the related teams for critical modules
- Manage timelines and escalate to senior leadership team for resolution, as needed
- Manage budgets and resources dedicated to transformation program
- Ensure alignment of execution of initiatives with MD's vision and corporate strategy.
