Job Description

Role Title: Strategy & Operations Associate (Founder's Office) - Intern

Location: New Delhi (Full time)

Stipend: ₹20,000 per month

Tenure: 6 Months (Convertible to Full-Time based on performance)

About Claro Energy

Claro Energy is a leading clean energy company in India with 15+ years of experience in building decentralized renewable energy solutions. We have delivered 1,00,000+ solar projects across solar irrigation pumps, rooftop solar, and large-scale clean energy programs, working closely with farmers, households, institutions, and government initiatives across multiple Indian states.

As we scale further, we are building an AI-first internal technology ecosystem to make our operations, growth, and decision-making faster, smarter, and more reliable.

The Mission

As a Strategy & Operations Associate (Intern), you will function as a Generalist-in-Residence. You will not be siloed into one department. Instead, you will work directly on high-impact mandates that move the needle for Claro Energy. One day you might be automating a sales workflow using AI; the next, you might be coordinating on-ground operations in your city or parsing through consumer data for actionable insights.

What You Will Do

- AI & Digitization: Build and implement AI-driven workflows to automate internal processes.

- Growth & Marketing: Execute digital campaigns and support sales intelligence gathering.

- Data Analytics: Turn raw operational data into actionable insights for the leadership team.

- Local Operations: Act as our boots on the ground for specific city-based mandates, vendor coordination, or site visits as required.

- Cross-Functional Planning: Bridge the gap between planning and execution across sales, tech, and operations.

Who You Are

- The Problem Solver:  You don't wait for instructions; you find solutions.

- The Tech Enthusiast: You are comfortable with (or eager to learn) No-Code tools, AI agents, and digitization frameworks.

- The Effective Communicator: You can talk to a software engineer, an operations manager and a local vendor with equal ease.

Who Should Apply — Eligibility Criteria

- Final-year undergraduate / postgraduate students (Batch of 2025 or 2026) or recent graduates (within 12 months of graduation)

- Must be based in Delhi NCR or willing to relocate before joining — mandatory in-office presence in Delhi is required

- Open to all academic backgrounds — we care more about your drive than your degree

What's In It For You

- Real Ownership: Lead projects with direct impact on the company's P&L

- Mentorship: Work closely with a leadership team with 15+ years of industry experience

- Career Path (PPO): High performers are fast-tracked for full-time roles post the 6-month mark

- Perks: ₹20,000/month stipend + 100% reimbursement for all business travel and expenses
