Globelance is seeking a senior Strategy Mentor to coach internal teams and consult with clients—shaping high-impact digital strategy, improving campaign ROI, and scaling repeatable playbooks across accounts.
Role & Responsibilities
- Mentor and coach account leads and project teams to develop clear, outcome-focused digital strategies and go-to-market plans.
- Design cross-channel campaign frameworks (acquisition➜engagement➜retention) and recommend channel mixes aligned to client KPIs and customer journeys.
- Define measurement architecture and attribution approaches; translate analytics into prioritized optimisation roadmaps and test-and-learn plans to improve ROAS.
- Run client workshops, strategic reviews, and internal enablement sessions to raise strategic quality and consistency across pitches and delivery.
- Provide senior-level client advisory during onboarding, briefs, and escalations—presenting strategic POVs, business cases, and performance forecasts.
- Support new business with strategic inputs, pitch decks, and case study narratives that demonstrate tangible business outcomes.
