Role: Manager Strategy

Location: Mumbai

Reports to: Head of Strategy Role

Budget: Upto 40-45 LPA

Client: Real Estate Developer

Overview: This role sits at the intersection of strategy, execution, and transformation and is ideal for someone who can think like a consultant but act like an operator. The person will drive projects spanning process excellence, org design, performance management, technology enablement, and new business initiatives, working directly with senior stakeholders across departments. This role is ideal for candidates with a background in consulting, particularly MBB firms or equivalent.

Key responsibilities:

1. Process Excellence & Transformation.
2. Design and roll out standardized operating processes, workflows, and playbooks to drive alignment across pods and regions.
3. Define clear KRAs and KPIs for teams, build tracking dashboards, and implement reporting frameworks for consistent performance monitoring.
4. Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure process adoption and discipline, including setting review cadences and escalation paths.
5. Collaborate with the Tech and AI teams to identify and implement automation and data-driven tools that improve productivity, reduce manual effort, and enhance visibility across projects.
6. Strategic & Special Projects
7. Conduct market and competitive landscaping to benchmark product offerings, identify differentiating features, and develop recommendations to enhance the decision making experience.
8. Support leadership in new market entry assessments, including location viability, customer profiling, and operating model design.

Key Requirements:

46 years of total work experience in management consulting

Background in top-tier management consulting combined with operating experience in a high-growth or process-heavy organization.

Exposure to real estate, construction, or design industries is preferred but not mandatory.

Skills & Competencies

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills; ability to structure ambiguous problems.

Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; working knowledge of dashboarding tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) is a plus.

Tech-savvy with a deep understanding of operational systems, automation tools, and workflow design.
