Role: Central Strategy Manager

About
You'll be the force multiplier behind India's leading real estate mandate brand shaping launches, enabling velocity, and making GTM a science. If you like working on zero-to-one problems and influencing action at scale, this role is for you.
Strategic Planning & Execution
- Work with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, product, Tech) to build process frameworks.
- Anchor the pre-mandate due diligence process (market scan, catchment deep-dive, pricing intel, etc.).
- Develop mandate health dashboards with leading/lagging KPIs.
- Monitor city-level performance; flag bottlenecks and suggest corrective interventions.
- Enable CP360 and Genie implementation analytics for higher conversion.
- Institutionalize best practices via SOPs, strategy templates, and playbooks.
- Maintain a central repository of successful GTMs, pricing frameworks, offer libraries, etc.
- Create scalable models for city teams to replicate.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Act as a strategic partner to City Heads, BSM Leads, and Sales Heads.
- Participate in key developer presentations and internal business reviews.
- Coordinate with tech, product, and creative teams to bring ideas to life.
Research & Benchmarking
- Continuously study consumer, CP, and market trends to shape strategy.
- Benchmark competition launches and developer activity across cities.
Experience:
- 68 years across strategy, consulting, real estate, or GTM roles.
- Strong analytical, business writing, and presentation skills.
- Comfortable working in high-pressure, fast-paced mandate environments.
- Ability to manage ambiguity and drive structured problem-solving.
