Manager BIS & Strategy

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the CEO with inputs and data required for strategic decision-making.
• Conduct market research to gather competitive data, perform benchmarking, and analyze business performance.
• Lead business planning activities including financial data analysis, operational assessment, and strategic initiative tracking.
• Coordinate with department heads on project status and ensure timely updates.
• Assist in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Monitor budgets through budget analysis, budget monitoring, control, and variance reporting.
• Manage business development initiatives by identifying potential opportunities and evaluating feasibility.
• Build financial valuation models to assess new project feasibility.
• Prepare monthly business performance reports and present insights to the Board of Directors.
