The Strategy Implementation Executive role in Andheri East (Chandivali) is focused on executing strategic initiatives that drive the company's growth and success. The ideal candidate will work closely with various teams to implement strategies effectively and monitor progress.
Responsibilities
- Develop strategic roadmaps, KRAs/KPIs, and SOPs to streamline business operations and support organizational goals.
- Conduct business analysis, market research, and performance tracking to provide actionable strategic insights.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of strategic initiatives and project timelines.
- Maintain strong client relationships through regular visits, communication, and effective issue resolution.
- Prepare dashboards, reports, and documentation to support management decision-making and strategic reviews.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- 1-4 years of experience in strategy implementation or project management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
