Job Title: Strategy & Growth - Marketing Manager

Experience: 3 - 6 years in SaaS / B2B product

Location: Bangalore Work From Office (WFO)

Must have: Tier 1 (PG/UG)

Role Snapshot

This is a critical role as it forms the bridge between the market and the internal teams. This role's primary responsibility would be to understand the psyche of large accounts and draft growth plans accordingly. The success of this role will require creativity, strategic thinking and ruthless execution.

The objectives of this role are:

  • to reduce the time of a lead/deal in the funnel,
  • increase the conversion % across stages

What You'll Do

KPIs

Lagging:

  • Net revenue influence
  • total cycle time
  • Lead to opportunity %, Opportunity to closure %

Leading:

  • Content pieces developed
  • Open rate of nurturing campaigns (campaign engagement %)
  • Contribution to the content plan
  • No. of ICPs engaged with the content

Boundaries

  • Operationally the SE lead will be required to work closely with SDR, Hunter, Pre Sales, Product marketer, designer and product.
  • They will be expected to run Account/Industry specific content that is targeted to win specific accounts (both in short term and long term).
  • They will be running Mid sales journey to drive up engagement and capture mind space. The goal is closure, always.
  • Work with PMM to create Launch program within the account, and execute it with the marketing team's help

Day to Day

  • Owner of top 15 accounts
  • Doc owner: Manage CMS and CRM
  • Account Plans & kits: Account specific pain points/challenges/demos/ product notes + messaging/ sales collaterals /
  • Content calendar : account level
  • Campaign reports (Daily+weekly+monthly+quarterly)
  • Accounts reached | ICPs touched | Response rate | Reply rate | Channel used | core messaging | What was tested
  • Content report (Daily+weekly+monthly+quarterly)
  • Account name | pain point addressed | Topic covered | Content type

Workflows

  • Partner with SDRs to support the outbound campaigns for specific accounts
  • Partner with Presales on specific accounts to maintain a central pod for Account intelligence
  • Partner with Design-content-PMM to create customized campaigns for the accounts in the funnel, each campaign will have specific objective to shift a deal from one stage to another.
  • The campaign interaction/performance info will be passed to presales and sales for next step actions.
