Role Overview:
The role is responsible for leading end-to-end media and communication strategy for large-scale business portfolios, driving measurable business outcomes through data-driven planning, performance optimisation, and innovative media solutions. The incumbent will partner closely with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated, insight-led strategies aligned with evolving consumer behavior and market dynamics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead strategic media planning and digital strategy across multiple brands and business categories, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
- Develop and present high-impact strategic narratives on topics such as digital ecosystem evolution, campaign effectiveness, performance optimisation, and emerging media opportunities.
- Drive data-led targeting and marketing strategies based on consumer insights, market trends, and audience segmentation across premium and mass segments.
- Own strategic media prioritisation across markets, including budget allocation, media mix decisions, and evaluation of media potential across varied target groups.
- Deliver strong media performance outcomes with a sharp focus on efficiency and effectiveness metrics such as ROAS, brand health indicators, and business lift measures.
- Lead omnichannel planning across TV, Digital, Social, OOH, Print, Audio, and OTT platforms to ensure cohesive and impactful consumer journeys.
- Collaborate with internal teams, analytics partners, and platform stakeholders to pilot new media formats, tools, and solutions.
- Foster a culture of experimentation, continuous learning, and data-driven decision-making within the team.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, ensuring high-quality strategic outputs and capability building.
