Position: Strategy Consultant SAP, KRA & KPI

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Visit client locations and understand their end-to-end business operations
- Analyze existing processes, workflows, and performance gaps
- Design and implement KRA & KPI frameworks aligned with business goals
- Work with SAP systems (SAP MM / FICO / SD / HCM functional understanding)
- Consult clients on process improvement, efficiency, and scalability
- Translate business requirements into actionable strategies
- Prepare MIS, dashboards, and performance reports
- Coordinate with internal teams for implementation & follow-ups
- Present findings and recommendations to owners, CXOs, and senior management
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong understanding of SAP functional processes
- Hands-on experience in KRA & KPI design and monitoring
- Client-facing consulting experience
- Strong business process analysis skills
- Excellent communication & presentation skills
- Ability to understand overall company workings (Sales, Operations, Finance, HR)
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, MIS reporting
- Willingness to travel for client visits
Preferred Background:
- Experience in Management Consulting / ERP Consulting / Business Advisory
- Exposure to SMEs / Manufacturing / Service-based companies
