Our client is a global consulting firm renowned for delivering high-impact strategic advisory services to Fortune 500 clients across diverse sectors.
This role forms a critical part of the firm's ongoing initiative to strengthen its quantitative strategy and management consulting capabilities, particularly in complex, data-intensive engagements. The consultant will drive quantitative analysis and strategic recommendations that enable the firm and its clients to achieve superior decision-making, operational optimisation, and measurable business impact.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Conduct advanced quantitative analysis, and data-driven scenario planning to support strategic initiatives.
- Develop and present management consulting frameworks and recommendations to senior leadership and client stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional project teams to identify insights, assess risks, and shape high-stakes business decisions.
- Leverage sector knowledge (power plant or energy experience preferred) to contextualise analyses and enhance solution relevance where applicable.
- Prepare executive-level reports, dashboards, and presentations that directly influence strategic direction and client deliverables.
- Mentor junior team members on quantitative methodologies and contribute to knowledge-building within the practice.
Skills & Qualification:
- Proven experience as a strategy or management consultant with a strong track record in quantitative analysis and modelling.
- Educational background from IIT/IIM; prior consulting experience preferred.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies.
- Mid-to-senior level experience (typically 5+ years post-MBA) in consulting or related advisory roles.
- Experience in the TMT (Technology, Media, Telecom), IT, Energy, Pharma sector is preferred.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, build-phase environment with evolving priorities.
