In this role, you will work at the intersection of healthcare innovation, digital transformation, and business strategy, helping life sciences companies and digital health startups bring transformative solutions to market. You will lead and contribute to high-impact advisory projects, delivering actionable strategies that improve patient outcomes and drive business growth. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams across time zones, facilitating stakeholder workshops, conducting market analysis, and supporting internal initiatives that scale innovative healthcare solutions. You will gain exposure to a variety of therapeutic areas and healthcare organizations while contributing to thought leadership and shaping both client outcomes and internal methodologies. Accountabilities
- Execute strategic advisory engagements for pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, and digital health companies, including digital health strategy, partnership development, and market opportunity assessments
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and engagements across clinical, commercial, and digital teams
- Support internal studio initiatives to develop scalable healthcare solutions and frameworks
- Contribute to thought leadership, business development, and client relationship management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across US and India offices to ensure impactful project delivery
- Translate strategic recommendations into actionable plans that drive adoption and real-world outcomes
Requirements
- Master's degree in Business, Life Sciences, or related field (PhD is a plus)
- 4-5+ years of experience in healthcare consulting or life sciences advisory roles
- Deep understanding of the US digital health landscape, healthcare innovation, and relevant therapeutic areas (e.g., oncology, neurology, rare diseases, endocrinology)
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with high proficiency in English
- Experience managing complex projects and stakeholder relationships across global teams
- Passion for healthcare innovation and improving patient outcomes through actionable strategies
