About the Role

The expectation is ownership of building and scaling, not coordination.

As Strategy & Operations Manager, you will own the end-to-end delivery of high-complexity AI data and annotation programs across robotics trajectories, surgical intelligence, computer vision, and physical AI. You will design operating models, own program-level profitability, architect quality frameworks, and lead a team of AI Agent Training Specialists.

What You Will Do

Program Ownership

• Own end-to-end delivery across multiple concurrent AI annotation streams
• Drive SLAs, quality benchmarks, and turnaround times

Operating Model Design

• Architect scalable delivery models for complex AI datasets
• Define capacity planning frameworks for teams of 10 to 100+ annotators
• Build productivity benchmarks, utilization models, and escalation systems

Pricing & Unit Economics

• Structure pricing models for high-complexity annotation projects
• Build margin-positive cost frameworks
• Own program-level profitability and resource allocation

What We Are Looking For

• 1 to 3 years of experience in consulting, high-growth startups, AI delivery, BPO, or KPO
• Strong analytical and structured thinking ability
• High ownership mindset; comfortable operating in ambiguity

Compensation: Up to ₹30 LPA | Mumbai, Powai | Full-time
