Business Development Associate

Mumbai (Hybrid – Onsite 2–3 days/week)

Compensation

Base: Rs. 50K to Rs. 1 lac/month

Performance Bonus: Upto 5 lacs/year (Milestone-based)

We are building two AI-driven initiatives:

• An AI Health platform partnering with diagnostic labs, telehealth providers, and clinical study sites

• An industrial humanoid robotics initiative focused on inspection automation in data centers and industrial facilities

We are seeking a highly driven Business Development Associate based in India to lead pilot outreach in India and support global BD initiatives.

This role works directly with the founder and offers exposure to international markets.

Role Overview

This is an execution-focused, high-growth role.

You will:

• Own India-based pilot outreach for AI Health
• Work closely with the founder on structured pipeline development
• Support US-based robotics BD initiatives
• Have the opportunity to grow into broader global BD responsibilities

This role is designed for someone ambitious and comfortable operating in an early-stage AI environment.

Primary Responsibility – India (AI Health)

• Identify and engage diagnostic labs, hospitals, and telehealth providers
• Drive structured outbound outreach (email, LinkedIn, calls)
• Secure pilot discussions and partnership conversations
• Help identify clinical study sites
• Maintain disciplined CRM tracking and reporting
• Continuously refine targeting and messaging based on feedback

Secondary Responsibility – Global Robotics Support

• Research and map industrial facilities (India and global markets)
• Prepare briefing notes for US robotics BD meetings
• Draft follow-up emails and pilot summaries
• Track robotics pipeline metrics
• Gradually participate in robotics calls as exposure increases

Growth Path

• Participate directly in US-based robotics discovery calls
• Potentially lead international pilot outreach efforts
• Grow into a broader Business Development Manager role
