Partner with Tools, Automation, and Infrastructure (TAI) leadership to develop, refine, and drive the roadmap, ensuring tight alignment with gTech Ads priorities, Objectives and Key Results, and overall business outcomes.
Serve as a trusted strategic and operational advisor to the TAI leadership team, leveraging data analysis, business acumen, and external perspectives to inform key decisions regarding initiative prioritization, resource allocation, and operational models.
Define, track, and analyze KPIs to measure the impact of TAI initiatives, synthesize complex data into actionable insights and compelling narratives to drive decision-making and communicate value to executive stakeholders.
Analyze TAI's operational workflows and program management practices; identify opportunities for simplification, and drive initiatives to improve overall team effectiveness.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across partnering teams; communicate TAI's strategy, progress, and impact through clear and concise updates.
Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
6 years of experience in sales opperations, management consulting or program management.
Experience with data analysis and structured query language (SQL).
Experience developing models using spreadsheet software.
Preferred qualifications:
6 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, or corporate advisory, or 4 years of experience with an advanced degree.
Experience with executive-level engagement as a business, operational, and thought partner.
Experience using data analytics tools, developing insights and sharing those to drive decision making.
