About the Role

As a Strategy Analyst Intern - Strategic Partnerships, you will play an active role in understanding organisations within the maternal healthcare space to identify potential strategic alignments. You will help develop actionable strategies for securing partnerships that generate value for both Origin Medical and its collaborators. This internship is designed to build core skills in healthcare strategy, research synthesis, and cross-team collaboration.

The role focuses on foundational research, ecosystem mapping, and strategic analysis to guide engagement with mission-aligned organisations. You will work with cross-functional teams to position current and future product lines for successful partnership opportunities.

What will you do

Market & Partnership Research

  • Research and analysis of potential partners, markets, and ecosystem stakeholders to inform strategic priorities.
  • Conduct landscape and comparable research to identify alignment opportunities and inform strategic briefs.

Stakeholder Mapping & Prioritisation

  • Stakeholder mapping and segmentation to support partnership prioritisation and engagement planning.
  • Document organisational structures, decision-makers, and strategic priorities to support partner outreach.

Policy, Market Access & Ecosystem Insights

  • Research relevant healthcare policy, regulatory, and market-access frameworks that could impact the partnership strategy.
  • Summarise key considerations and trends to inform internal decision-making and strategic recommendations.

Partnership Materials & Outreach

  • Draft and prepare partner-facing materials, including briefs, slide decks, one-pagers, and communication templates.
  • Support preparation of internal summaries, outreach content, and briefs for leadership review.

Coordination & Execution

  • Support execution of pilot and partnership initiatives in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Assist with coordination, tracking, and follow-through on key action items across internal stakeholders.

Who are we looking for

  • Recently completed an undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline.
  • Analytical and research-oriented, with the ability to synthesise information and extract meaningful insights.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with comfort in preparing structured documents and presentations.
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple workstreams while working collaboratively across teams.
  • Proficient in basic quantitative skills using tools like Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Strong interest in mission-driven work.
  • 01 year of internship experience in a relevant field is a plus, demonstrating early exposure to practical, hands-on work.
