Role Description

This full-time, on-site Stategist & Planner role is located in New Delhi. The Strategist will lead the research, planning, and strategising for various projects. Their responsibilities include directing creative teams, crafting compelling messaging, developing creative strategies, and ensuring alignment with client expectations. Collaboration with the copy & design team and clients is key to driving innovative solutions that align with the client's brand voice and objectives.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Creative Strategy & planning to guide projects from concept to execution while maintaining alignment with strategic goals
• Strong expertise in brand strategy to develop impactful campaigns and concepts
• Solid experience in Campaign strategy and conceptualisation, and to collaborate effectively with copy and visual teams
• Exceptional leadership skills to manage a multidisciplinary creative team and oversee project workflows
• Strong time-management and communication skills to ensure deadlines are met, and creative deliverables meet high-quality standards
• 7-8 years of experience in a leadership role within the advertising, branding, or creative industry
• A degree or diploma in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
