Job Title: Training Vendor Sourcing & Coordination Specialist
Location: Gurgaon, Haryana, India (Work From Office)

About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to manage end-to-end sourcing and coordination of training vendors for our global clients. The role involves vendor selection, RFP/RFQ management, contract coordination, and ensuring smooth execution of training programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and identify training vendors for Face-to-Face, Virtual, and E-Learning programs based on client requirements.
- Run RFI/RFP/RFQ processes and negotiate with vendors to achieve competitive pricing.
- Manage vendor contracts, approvals, and coordination with Finance & Legal teams.
- Track and maintain all training requests, schedules, and vendor communications.
- Add and maintain client and vendor profiles in the system; ensure seamless access for training registrations.
- Prepare bid summaries, MIS reports, and dashboards for client and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth training delivery and resolve any issues.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 1-5 years of experience in vendor management, procurement, or sourcing
- Exposure to RFP/RFQ processes, contract coordination, and client/vendor communication
- Strong analytical skills, with experience in reporting and MIS preparation
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Familiarity with CRM tools, ERP systems, or procurement software is a plus
