Lead strategic sourcing initiatives across material (copper, fibre, networking products) and professional services categories.
Drive category strategies, supplier scorecards, and project-specific procurement plans aligned with CPR (Cash, Profitability, Revenue) goals.
Identify and onboard the right suppliers through robust market scanning, RFX execution, and contract negotiations.
Build strong supplier relationships and ensure supplier compliance, performance, and innovation.
Collaborate proactively with Sales, Sales Engineering, GSO, Finance, and Legal to embed procurement into the pre-sales and bid cycle.
Ensure early procurement engagement to influence specifications, identify alternatives, and optimize cost structures.
Govern cost accuracy, partner performance, and overall category spend through data-driven reporting and benchmarking.
