About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and analytical Strategic Operations Analyst to help optimize our business performance by turning data into insights and insights into actions. In this mid-level role, you will bridge the gap between strategy and execution, leveraging your analytical skills, business acumen, and strong communication to support cross-functional teams and drive meaningful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Analysis, Planning & Reporting:
  • Analyse large and complex datasets to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities across business functions.
  • Proficient in manpower planning and drive implementation.
  • Evaluate operational metrics (KPIs) to provide actionable insights to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Business Process Optimization:
  • Collaborate with teams to improve workflows, reduce inefficiencies, and align operations with strategic goals.
  • Use data to support and lead process improvement initiatives.
  • Executive Communication & Storytelling:
  • Synthesize complex data and translate it into clear, compelling presentations using Excel andPowerPoint.
  • Present findings, recommendations, and insights to non-technical audiences and senior leadership.
  • Tool & Systems Management:
  • Work with internal teams such as Resource Management Group, Finance, Sales, HR, CIO & SCM
  • Support adoption and integration of tools that improve business performance.
  • Strategic & Tactical Support:
  • Assist in business forecasting, performance tracking, and scenario modelling.
  • Translate business questions into analytical problems and deliver insights that influence decision-making.

Required Qualifications:

  • 35 years of experience in business operations, strategy, analytics, or consulting.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data modeling.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint for executive-level presentations and business storytelling.
  • Experience with Power BI or similar BI tools for data visualization and reporting is a plus.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data and suggest actionable recommendations.
  • Strong business communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex topics to various stakeholders.
  • Ability to read, interpret, and make decisions based on operational and financial reports.
