Role Description

This is a flexible, independent contract role for a Strategic Partnerships Manager. While our company has roots in Vadodara, this position can be fully remote. The primary responsibility is to forge lucrative B2B alliances, identify new business opportunities, and close high-value client contracts for our design and development services.

You will act as an ambassador for Illumos Pixels, networking with direct clients as well as establishing white-label partnerships with marketing, PR, or SEO agencies that require reliable tech and design execution. This is a 100% commission-based partnership offering uncapped earning potential, where your compensation is a direct, aggressive percentage of the net profit on the projects you bring in.

Qualifications

  • Entrepreneurial Drive: Highly self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of thriving in an independent, commission-driven environment.
  • Established Network: Possesses a strong existing network of B2B contacts, marketing agencies, or enterprise decision-makers.
  • Strategic Matchmaking: Expertise in identifying mutual business opportunities and negotiating white-label or direct-to-client service agreements.
  • Exceptional Communication: Outstanding presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate the value of high-end digital design and development.
  • Industry Knowledge: Prior experience selling digital services, UI/UX design, or software development is highly preferred.
  • Client Management: Proficiency in maintaining relationships to ensure long-term client retention and recurring revenue opportunities.

Compensation

  • This is a 100% commission-only role.
  • Partners receive a highly competitive 30% commission on the Net Profit of all closed deals and recurring contracts.
  • We operate with 100% transparency: Net profit is calculated simply as the total client payment minus direct, out-of-pocket project expenses (e.g., external freelance developers or premium software licenses). We do not deduct our company overhead from your cut.
