Job Description

We're looking for a high-performing Strategic Partnerships Manager to drive growth by forging partnerships across multiple sectors. You'll identify opportunities, pitch and develop partnership models, build strong relationships, and execute campaigns that unlock revenue and user growth. This role demands a mix of business acumen, creative thinking, and sharp execution.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, pitch, and close partnerships across target industries (healthcare, F& B, banking, automotive, etc. ) to enable new customer acquisition.
  • Build long-term relationships with key accounts and decision-makers.
  • Manage and build on existing partner relationships.
  • Co-create campaigns with partners that drive new user acquisition or increase engagement among existing customers.
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams to execute partnership-led campaigns.
  • Track partnership KPIs and regularly report on performance.
  • Stay ahead of trends to spot new opportunities for partnerships.

Requirements

  • 6 years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or alliances.
  • Proven success in closing B2B partnerships, preferably in the startup or mobility ecosystem.
  • Preferred: Strong network in at least one of the following sectors: healthcare, F& B (pubs, lounges), and automotive/transportation.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Comfortable with performance metrics and ROI-driven decision-making.
  • Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple conversations and close timelines in parallel.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
