Role Description

Valion is seeking a Strategic Partnerships & Alliance Manager in Real Estate for a full-time on-site role based in Gurgaon. The role involves building and managing strategic alliances, nurturing business relationships, and identifying and executing partnership opportunities. The manager will contribute to business planning, explore joint ventures, and integrate partnerships aligned with the company's growth strategies.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Strategic Alliances, Strategic Partnerships, and Business Alliances
• Proficiency in Business Relationship Management and developing long-term partnerships
• Experience in Business Planning and crafting growth-oriented strategies
• A deep understanding of the real estate investment and property management sector
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field; an advanced degree such as an MBA is preferred
• Proven ability to work independently on-site and achieve organizational goals
