Role: Strategic Operations Analyst (Remote Night Shift, India) 7AM to 3:30PM Central Time

Work directly with the founding team on strategy, operations, and business initiatives. This role involves admin tasks, research, analysis, project execution, and driving key initiatives across teams. Ownership and accountability are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations and leadership processes
• Admin tasks which include utility payments, calendar invites, travel bookings, etc.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and communications based on requirements
• Support multiple projects and ensure timely execution
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Conduct market research and provide strategic insights

Key Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of Start-up experience (MANDATORY)
• This is an Early / Mid Career Level Role under 5years of experience
• Creative and Analytical minds are preferred
• Strong communication, confidence and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in MS Office / Google Suite and data analysis tools
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment

Work Environment

Remote (India, U.S. night shift). High-ownership, fast-paced startup role requiring adaptability and initiative. 7AM to 3:30PM Central Time
