Partnering with senior leadership to drive financial strategy, support business decision‑making, and ensure disciplined financial planning, performance management, and capital allocation aligned with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
> Support corporate strategy and long‑term financial planning, including budgets, forecasts, and scenario analysis
> Act as a finance business partner to leadership, providing insights on growth, investments, and transformation initiatives
> Lead financial performance management, KPI tracking, variance analysis, and management reporting
> Support investment and CAPEX decisions through business cases, financial modeling (NPV/IRR), and post‑investment reviews
> Ensure adherence to financial governance, controls, and compliance requirements
> Deliver clear, executive‑level financial insights to enable data‑driven decision‑making
Qualifications & Experience
> Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA / CA / CPA / CMA preferred)
> 8–12+ years of experience in Strategic Finance, FP&A, or Corporate Finance
> Strong expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and investment evaluation
> Knowledge of accounting standards (Ind AS / IFRS) and financial governance

> Strategic thinking and strong analytical capability
> Executive communication and stakeholder management
> Business partnering mindset and problem‑solving skills
> Proficiency in SAP, Excel, and financial analytics tools
